*I acknowledge that after birth, we are forever postpartum. Given the nature of my services, the Postpartum Package is most relevant in the immediate 6 months postpartum to support recovery and the building of new rhythms, including food + movement habits. By the time your baby is 6 months and likely starting solid foods, it’s a whole different equation! The Early Parenthood Package is a great option for folks in that stage.
