How it works:
01.
Schedule a free 20 minute consultation to explore working together. I'll learn about you, we'll discuss your goals, and I'll answer your questions.
02.
Complete the New Client Questionnaire to help me understand your history, current patterns, and goals.
03.
Begin your ongoing counseling sessions (typically weekly or biweekly) + receive email and/or text support between sessions.
04.
When you're ready, transition to a maintenance cadence (e.g. quarterly check-ins) or celebrate your "graduation"!
1:1 Counseling FAQs
How many sessions will we need to have?
It depends on your situation and your goals. Most clients make noticeable progress after just a few sessions, although it can take many months or years to fully achieve your goals. Typically the more years you’ve spent dieting and trying to control your body through food, the longer it will take to unlearn and build new habits that truly support your well-being. We’ll regularly assess your progress and determine the right next steps for you.
Are there a minimum number of sessions required?
No. There's no subscription, membership, or recurring payments, either. You'll simply pay for each session as we go. You're free to stop at any time. That said, I do recommend you try to see it through for at least 3 sessions, since it will take a little time for us to lay the groundwork for meaningful progress.
When do you see clients?
I typically see clients Monday to Wednesday between 10am and 4pm, but I can often accommodate additional days + times. If you want to work with me but need to meet outside my usual hours, please book a free consultation or contact me so we can discuss options.
